Across the Menai Strait from Penmon Village
£500.00Price
The prehistoric settlement at Penmon village is perfectly located from a strategic point of view. It’s 80 metres above sea level at the edge of a steep ridge with fantastic views across the Menai Strait. A number of roundhouses are enclosed by a perimeter wall and an old trackway leads down towards the priory. Roman artefact’s have been found here but the site is likely much older .
