Rules, conditions and fees 

All works must be original and by the submitting artist.


 

A maximum of 3 works @ £7.00 per work or £15 for 3. 

Payable by paypal only to

aco.galleries@gmail.com .This payment must be made at the same time as your work is entered please. 

 

You will be informed by e mail, and if successful you will receive a copy of the application form.
 

All works must be presented at the gallery with a completed application form. 


 

All work must be clearly labelled using the system on your application form. 

Online submission is mandatory . We cannot accommodate gallery submissions. 


 

All Works must be fitted with hanging cord.


 

Delivered works must be unwrapped on delivery and packaging retained by the artist or representative. 


 

A commission fee of 35% of the sale price is charged and payable to the gallery . This will be deducted at the time of sale . Works not for sale must be clearly marked as such. 


 

All works must be framed to a good standard . No clip frames please. Large stretched canvases can be unframed however max size is 1.5m in any direction .


 

Works will be judged by the exhibition sponsors and at least 2 current gallery artists. 


 

The judges decision is final. 


 

Where a people's prize is awarded it will be based on a public ballot .

 * Please note that there is a limited amount of space for 3D work however the gallery reserve the right to locate works at other local shops and business premises with the artists permission.
